  • What are our items made from?
    We value our products in being 100% 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • What should I do to take care of my sterling silver item?
    Sterling silver can react with things around you, we suggest removing it when doing the following Showering, bathing, swimming in pools or the ocean and hot tubs Using skin care products, hair care and fragrances Exercising at the gym or doing contact sports Meal preparation Manual labour, construction, gardening etc Any time you think your item may not stay clean and dry take it off and keep it safe. If you do this and give it a good polish every now and again your item should stay looking new.
  • Can I get my items wet?
    Getting your items wet every now and again is not the end of the world. But swimming, playing sports or being hard at work is going to make them dull. We suggest taking off your items. If you do get your items wet make sure you give them a good dry and polish with a silver polishing cloth.
  • Why didn't I get an order confirmation?
    Sometimes emails land in your spam/promotions folder which means they are missed, give that a check and if you do not see it we can always send you an email with an update. Some payments through Paypal will go through to your Paypal email address and not your account email address. If you don't manage to locate it you can always contact us
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    As long as your order has not been shipped yet. Please send us a message as soon as you can if you need to change your address. We, unfortunately, can not change your shipping address if your order has been shipped and are not liable for your item not arriving.
  • Why did you cancel my order?
    There are lots of reasons your order can be cancelled. Sometimes it can be our system recognising something is wrong with your payment, in this case, we always reach out to you for more information 2 days before cancelling. Sometimes our items become out of stock from the time you ordered to when it comes to packing, we try to limit this as much as possible but will reach out in the rare instance that it happens.
  • Can I change my order?
    Sadly not! We can not make a change to an order once you have paid for it. However, we can cancel it if it has not shipped. If your order has been shipped we will have to wait for it to arrive so we can exchange it with you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    As long as your order has not been fulfilled or shipped then we can cancel it for you. Contact us to get started. Please note any Final Sale items that have shipped that you did wish to cancel are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • How often are items restocked?
    We don't do any re-stock since we commit to provide unique and exclusive jewelry to our customer. However, in rare case we might do a re-stock once for a product.
  • Will I need to pay customs fees?
    Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. These charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. Please note if your order is returned due to refusal of paying customs fees you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
  • My order said it arrived, but its not here.
    Sometimes couriers can mark a parcel as delivered and then deliver it later in the day or the next day. It's best to call your courier (your local post office) and check with them, as well as wait 48 hours and ask neighbors if they may have your package.
  • My item was damaged when it arrived.
    We do quality check every item before it is packaged however some things can happen that are out of our control. Give us a quick email and we will help you out right away! We do not ship out extra boxes for packaging damaged in shipping.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship worldwide! Some countries do have restrictions for items entering the country. Please check with your own country's government to allow the import of the items you purchase.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, upgraded shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. During peak times of the year, this may be extended. For US orders the package must first travel from Toronto to New York to a USPS sorting facility, once it has been scanned with USPS you will see your package update. This can sometimes take up to 2 days after your order is marked as shipped.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive an email when your order ships. Your order confirmation page will also update with information as your package moves.
  • How do I measure my ring size?
    1. Cut a thin strip of paper 10-12cm long. 2. Wrap the strip of paper tightly around your desired finger. 3. Using a pen or pencil, mark the point where the paper overlaps itself. 4. Lay the strip of paper on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the strip to the marking you made in millimetres. This will give you the circumference of your finger. 5. Using the below chart convert your measurement into standard US sizing. 6. If you are in between sizes, it's always best to round up rather than down.
  • How do I measure my bracelet size?
    All bracelet sizing on our website is listed as a measurement in inches. For example Size 8 is 8 inches long, or a circumference of 8 inches. This does not include the interlocking part of a clasp. Follow the steps or watch the video below to determine your size. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist Ensure you have enough slack that the bracelet can move freely around your wrist. Pinch the spot where the bracelet overlaps itself between two fingers and remove the string from your wrist. Continue to pinch the string in this spot and lay it on a flat surface. With your other hand mark this spot on the string using a pen. In inches, measure the end of the string to the marking you just made. Your size is the measurement in inches (if you measured 8 inches, you should order a size 8). If you are between sizes it is always best to size up rather than down.
