RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CONDITIONS

You must complete your exchange or return within 14 days of your item arriving. Clearance items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card for the original amount paid for the item. We do not take back clearance items for a refund. Your item can not be returned or exchanged if it's final sale.

When will my exchange/refund be processed?

Your package for return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse. From there, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified. Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange. We do not pay for the shipping to get the item(s) back to us.
